On September 16, 2006, a female practitioner was arrested by four police officers of Shuangshan Village as she passed by the village in Bayan County, Heilongjiang Province. She was initially abducted to Waxing Township Police Station and on the second day, she was sent to a detention center in Bayan County. She has been on a hunger strike for five days now.

On September 7, 2006, practitioners Ms. Chen Chengge, Ms. Zhang Panpan, and Ms. Wang Hongyan were arrested by the police and jailed in Fula'erji Detention Center.
8. [Dalian City, Liaoning Province] Practitioner Couple Mr. Tian Junnan and Lv Xiujing Illegally Jailed
Mr. Tian Junnan, 31, was sentenced to forced labor for three years by the Lushunkou District Public Security Bureau of Dalian City on January 20, 2000. His wife, Lv Xiujing, was also sentenced to two and one-half years of forced labor. In August, 2001, they walked out of the forced labor camp with righteous thoughts. On April 25, 2002, Mr. Tian Junnan was sentenced to six years of imprisonment by the Ganjingzi District Court in Dalian City and he is currently being held at the No. 3 Group of No. 1 Brigade in Dalian Prison. Ms. Lv has been sentenced to five years and she is being held at the No. 2 Group of No. 5 Brigade of Liaoning Women's Prison.

10. [Liaoning Province] Masanjia Forced Labor Camp Brutally Persecutes Practitioners
Over one hundred and seventy practitioners are being held at Masanjia Forced Labor Camp in Liaoning Province. Recently, half a dozen villains from outside of the camp were hired to torture practitioners who were steadfast in their beliefs in Dafa.

Ms. Dong Yuxin, a 47-year-old from Kai'an Township, Nong'an County, Jilin Province went to Beijing on July 27, 2006 to appeal for an end to the persecution. She was escorted back by Nong'an County Public Security Bureau and is now being held at Wugongli Detention Center in Nong'an County.
12. [Harbin,Heilongjiang Province] Practitioner Zhao Fuguang Arrested and Sent to Wanjia Forced Labor Camp
On July 18, 2006, Ms. Zhao Fuguang from Tonghe County, Harbin City was arrested. She was released after a nine-day hunger strike. On September 12, 2006, at around 3:00 p.m., she was again arrested at her home by the police and was sent to the Wanjia Forced Labor Camp in Harbin on September 14.

On September 10, 2006, the director of Mujia Township Police Station, Zhang Fuhao, and his subordinates, forcibly took away Mr. Xie Mingyi for the third time. Xie Mingyi was brutally beaten on the same day and was forced to admit to their accusations.

Mr. Li Shaozhi from Jiamusi City walked out of the Jiamusi Forced Labor Camp in 2000 with righteous thoughts. He was forced to become homeless for six years. On August 31, 2006 someone tipped off the police and he was again arrested by Chen Wanyou from Jiamusi Public Security Bureau. He has been charged and awaits sentencing.

15. [Liaocheng Region,Shandong Province] Female Practitioners Qiuling and Guilan Arrested
On August 23, 2006, Qiuling and Guilan, practitioners from Xuzhuang Village, Xin County, Liaocheng Region, Shandong Province were stalked and arrested by the local police. Later, their homes were ransacked. Falun Dafa books and truth materials, such as copies of the Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party, were confiscated. The police beat them in an attempt to find out where the materials came from. They are being illegally held at the detention center in Xin County.

16. [Zaozhuang City, Shandong Province] Falun Dafa Practitioner Gao Yiyu Arrested
Mr. Gao Jiyuin, in his fifties, lives in the downtown area of Zaozhuang City, Shandong Province. On the morning of September 7, 2006, fellow practitioner Song Baogang visited him. The person who was monitoring Mr. Gao informed the police of the visit and the two practitioners were arrested by a dozen police officers from the local 610 Office. They are now being held at Yuelou Detention Center in Zaozhuang City.

17. [Dongning County, Heilongjiang Province] Practitioner Jia Yanfeng's Salary and Job Suspended
Ms. Jia Yanfeng of the No. 2 Middle School in Dongning County, Heilongjiang Province was arrested on January 6, 2005. She was released on April 30, 2005, after being held at the local detention center for four months. She has been suspended without pay from her job ever since that time. Her husband, as a result of pressure from the deceiving propaganda and persecution, divorced her. Now Ms. Jia is doing odd jobs and forced to support her eleven year-old daughter with a meager income of 400 yuan.

On September 19, 2006, Ms. Li Zhifen, a practitioner from Xiaodian Village, was arrested by the local police and his home was ransacked.
19. [Zhalantun City, Inner Mongolia] Thirty Practitioners Arrested
On March 27, 2006, police from Zhalantun City, Inner Mongolia arrested thirty practitioners. Nine of them were sent to Tumuji Forced Labor Camp and Ms. Zhang Fenglan was illegally jailed at A'rongqi Detention Center.
On September 21, 2006, Ms. Zhang Fenglan and Mr. Sun were subjected to an illegal trial.
20. [Weifang, Shandong Province] Practitioner Li Ailing's Home Illegally Ransacked
On August 28, 2006, Ms. Li Ailing was arrested by police officer Zhao Zengcheng and his subordinates from Jitai Township Police Station. On August 29, her home was ransacked and the police confiscated Dafa books, cassettes tapes of Master Li, two copies of Zhuan Falun and one cassette player. She is now jailed in Shouguang Detention Center.

Mr. Shi Meifeng, former employee of Shengcai Parapolice, was arrested in August 2001, by Binbei Police Subdivision, for practicing Falun Gong. He was sentenced to forced labor for one year. On September 19, 2006, he was again arrested and his home was ransacked on the same day.

Mr. Liu Shuren from Fuchengmen area, Xicheng District, Beijing, is a retired worker of Beijing Subway Co. He was arrested in September, 2006 for distributing truth clarifying materials and later his home was ransacked..

On September 11, 2006, Ms. Wang Xiufang from Liuwazhai Village, Yanshan County, Hebei Province was arrested by the local police when she was distributing truth clarifying materials. She is now illegally jailed in the detention center in Yanshan County.

Practitioner Mr. Han Weixin was illegally sentenced to fifteen years. He is being jailed at the No. 4 Prison in Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province.

On August 16, 2006 Mr. Qiao Sihuang, a practitioner from Nanyang, Henan Province, was arrested for clarifying the truth. He has been sent to Wolong District Court in Nanyang City, where he was put on trial illegally.
33. [Yingshan County, Sichuan Province] The Persecution of Practitioner Li Xiaochun
Ms. Li Xiaochun, from Yingshan County, Sichuan Province, was illegally jailed three times for practicing Falun Gong - in December 1999, July 2000 and October 2001. She was forced to pay a fine of 3500 yuan and sentenced to one year of forced labor from July 2000 to March 2001. She has been arrested at her home twice, in October 2001 and December 2003, and forced to become homeless for years.
34. [Shanghai City] Additional Information Regarding the Arrests of Doctor Zhou and Her Daughter Chen Lei
Ms. Zhou Zhongbi and Ms. Chen Lei from Baoshan District, Shanghai, were sentenced to four years of imprisonment in mid-June 2006, by Shangcheng District Elementary People's Court in Hangzhou City. On July 28, 2006, Ms. Zhou Zhongbi was taken to the Women's Prison in Zhejiang Province. As a result of abuse there, she is suffering from mental collapse. Ms. Chen Lei was taken to the prison at the same time. Her medical condition has worsened as a result of the persecution. She is now on a medical release in Shanghai.

36. [Chifeng, Inner Mongolia] Persecution of Practitioner Liu Fu'an and his Relatives
In 2001, Ms. Hao Ping, Mr. Liu Fu'an (husband and wife) and Ms. Geng Xiulan were persecuted by the Chifeng police. Ms. Hao Ping was sentenced to seven years imprisonment and her husband Liu Fu'an, was sentenced to five years. Ms. Geng Xiulan received a three year prison sentence. On September 18, 2006, when they were released, their nephew who went to pick them up and Mr. Liu Fu'an, was again illegally arrested and taken to a brainwashing center. They were also forced to pay a fine of 2500 yuan.

38. [Wangquan County, Hebei Province] Practitioners Yan Mao, Cheng Ming, and Zheng Guiqin Sentenced to Forced Labor - Wang Guibin Persecuted to Death
On July 20, 2006, Mr. Yan Mao, Mr. Cheng Min, and Ms. Zheng Guiqin were illegally arrested by the Kongjiazhuang Police, Wanquan County. They have all suffered and become increasingly weak. Ms. Zheng Guiqin was sentenced to two years, Mr. Yan Mao to one and a half years and Mr. Chengming to one and a half years. They are now jailed in Hehuakeng Forced Labor Camp in Tangshan and Gaoyang Forced Labor Camp in Baoding.
On September 1, 2006, at approximately 9:00 a.m., Mr. Wang Guibin from Ximalin Village, Ximalin Township, Wanquan County, was arrested and subsequently jailed at Shisanli Detention Center in Zhangjiakou City. On September 15, 2006, Wang Guibin died as a result of the persecution, leaving his sick wife and 80-year-old mother with no one to care for them.
