(Clearwisdom.net) One day during the summer of 2004, a fellow practitioner and I went to the remote countryside to distribute truth-clarifying materials about Falun Dafa. We took about 200 copies of truth-clarifying materials and 60 VCDs. We set out on our bikes very early in the morning. We recited the Fa, sent forth righteous thoughts, and shared our experiences along the way.
Upon reaching our destination, we put our bikes in a safe place and began to walk along the road, sending forth righteous thoughts at the same time. People in the country are kind and willing to listen to the truth about Falun Gong. They accept the truth easily. We distributed the truth clarification materials quickly. Some of the people asked for VCDs. They were shocked when we told them that the Tiananmen self-immolation had been staged. They asked many questions, and we answered these questions one by one.
Then we came to a school. At the beginning, clarifying the truth went well. Later on, when a practitioner gave a person truth-clarifying material, the person responded, "How dare you! You come here to distribute Falun Gong materials in broad daylight. Don't you know that government has strict regulations?" He started to yell at the practitioner. I sent forth righteous thoughts immediately, and I asked Master for help. I went over and said to him, "Falun Gong is very popular around the world. Even the police in our area read the materials. Every one says that Falun Dafa is good. It is just that your area is not well informed, and you don't know the current situation. Besides, we are truly doing this for you; otherwise, why would we come here in such hot weather? We hope that you can distinguish the good from the bad, and create a good future for yourself.
Upon hearing my words, he suddenly became kinder, and asked the students upstairs to come and take the truth-clarifying materials. He also asked for several VCDs to show to the students. In the end, he said to us very politely, "Thank you." We smiled and left the school.
We came to a village in the mountain. People there looked very poor. We started to clarify the truth and hand out the truth-clarifying materials. Villagers were happy to see us and some of them told us which families had VCD players. So, every family who had VCD players came and asked for VCDs and truth-clarifying materials. Some said that they wanted to show it to their relatives. Witnessing this, we were very happy. They have very good predestined relationships with Dafa, and they came here to be saved. Seeing them so happy, I once again felt the mighty power of Dafa.
We met two elderly men in a village. We told them about the beauty of Falun Dafa and gave them truth clarification material. The elderly men were very hospitable and offered us two cups of cold tea. We were very thirsty. However, we saw that they did not have much money. Thus I did not have the heart to drink their tea. We set out again. The two elderly men were still standing at the door to see us leave even after we had walked quite a long distance.
A family had a wedding. We went to greet the guests and talked about the truth of Falun Gong. Everyone liked to hear it and some raised questions, all of which we answered. Our truth clarification material and VCDs were distributed very quickly. Some were unable to receive the material and were very regretful. We told them to share them with each other, and that they would be doing good and accumulating virtue if they passed them on to more people. Some people said, "Next time, please bring us the exercise video tapes and Dafa books!" We were very regretful that we hadn't brought more truth-clarifying materials and any Dafa books. So many lives are waiting for the truth and waiting to be saved. We are very happy that sentient beings know the truth about Falun Gong. We know that Master is protecting us compassionately, and so our truth clarification went well.
