Police in Xinxiang City, Henan Province Receive Karmic Retribution for their Evil Deeds

June 05, 2004 |

Editors' Note: Each time we publish news of this nature, we do so with heavy hearts. These people started off as public servants, but under the intense pressure applied by the Jiang regime, they were pushed into persecuting Dafa disciples. In the process of destroying the lives of kind, law-abiding citizens, they have sealed their own fates and inevitably faced karmic retribution as punishment. If it weren't for Jiang's wicked orders, perhaps their fates would have been different.

Since the latter part of 1999, when the persecution against Falun Dafa began, police in Xinxiang City have treated Falun Gong practitioners who arrive in Anyang City, which is on the way to Beijing, as if they had already gone to Beijing to appeal. Practitioners found with more than thirty truth-clarifying flyers in their possession are sentenced to detention in a forced labor camp.

The police have exerted pressure on all levels of government leaders using economic means and assigned tasks. Each practitioner who goes to Beijing to appeal is fined 30,000 Yuan (1).

Assistant Police Chief Yang Wenshun, of the Hongqi District Police Department in Xinxiang City, died from cardiac arrest at his home, immediately following his return from Beijing.

The Chief of the Xinxiang City Internal Security Bureau, Zhang Keren, could not distinguish the good from the bad, due to the Jiang regime's blanket of mass media propaganda. Wielding the power of his position in the Internal Security Bureau, he made many attempts to control and suppress Falun Gong practitioners. He received his karmic retribution in 2001, when he incurred tens of thousands of Yuan in medical expenses for a heart bypass operation. He then became disabled and bedridden in 2003. Additionally, his daughter died from cancer that same year.

The Assistant Chief of the Transportation Bureau, Gao Guangxin, made many efforts to monitor practitioners in what he referred to as "the headache of dealing with Falun Gong." To celebrate his move to a new house in 2001, he treated his friends to dinner at a restaurant located on Wenhua Road. After dinner, he got lost on his way home. There was only one other car on a wide part of the road that led through a construction area. Nevertheless, his motorcycle hit the car, and he was badly injured with multiple bone fractures, which left him unable to work for quite some time.

Qin Ruilin, from the Xinxiang City Detention Center, is very cruel to Falun Gong practitioners. After dinner one evening in 2001, he rode his motorcycle to pick up goods for the small concession stand at the detention center, where Qin made illegal profits from prisoners who were not allowed to buy things anywhere else. He hit a bicyclist in the pedestrian crosswalk near the Xinxiang Women's and Children's Hospital. Witnesses called the "120" Medical Rescue Center, but it took an hour for emergency personnel to arrive. The motorcycle was not damaged. The bicyclist had no injuries, and his bicycle was fine too. However, Qin suffered a serious head injury, and he died shortly after being taken to the hospital.

We advise all the police officers who are still working for the Jiang regime: For your own sake and for the sake of your families, stop persecuting Falun Gong. Please believe that it is a heavenly principle that good deeds are rewarded with good fortune, and evil deeds are met with karmic retribution.
