May 26, 2004 |

(Clearwisdom.net) After the mass distribution in Yunmeng of the truth clarification pamphlet Meng Ze Truth, which exposes the persecution of Falun Gong by Yunmeng County personnel, authorities from the Yunmeng County "610 Office"(1) and the National Security Division intensified the persecution of Dafa practitioners and have abducted many of them.

On February 6, 2004, Dafa disciple Ding Xingqiao, a Xingfa Elementary School teacher in Yunmeng County Wuluo Town, was kidnapped and taken to Yunmeng Detention Center. He was detained there for more than a month. Ding Xingqiao went on a hunger strike to protest this illegal treatment. The detention center employed two physicians from the Chinese Medicine Hospital and force-fed him three times. Four days after Ding Xingqiao was released, the "610 Office" head Guan Xiangping personally ordered Deng Guobin, chief of the National Security Division of Yunmeng Police Department and four others, Yu Meng, Chen Fuqing, Zhang Liming, and Mao Hongbo, to kidnap Ding Xingqiao and take him to the brainwashing center in Wuhan City. Currently, Ding Xingqiao is still suffering persecution there.

On February 17, Yunmeng Law Enforcement System carried out a large-scale manhunt of Dafa disciples, and Li Hanming was abducted and detained in Yunmeng Detention Center. Yunmeng Police Department extorted 3,000 Yuan (2) from his family. Li is still imprisoned in Yunmeng Detention Center.

On February 24, Yunmeng National Security Division hunted down Dafa disciples in Wuluo Town and Zhongding Township. Wuluo Town Dafa disciple Zhu Guitao was arrested and imprisoned in Yunmeng Detention Center. Zhu Guitao went on a hunger strike to protest the persecution. Yunmeng Detention Center then brought two doctors from Yunmeng Chinese Medicine Hospital and force-fed her twice. During the second forced feeding, the doctors tried five times to insert the feeding tube into her stomach, causing severe bleeding. She was released after the incident. However, the National Security Division was preparing paperwork, trying to sentence her to two years of forced labor. Zhu Guitao was forced to leave her home. The National Security Division is still searching for her.

On March 17 at about 1 p.m., Yunmeng Chenguan Police Station's political chief Zhou Yinchi and three members from the National Security Division went to search Dafa disciple Li Hui's home, and abducted her to the detention center. Dafa disciple Huang Mianxiu was arrested at the same time. National Security Division Chief Deng Guobin tortured them brutally. They were released 10 days later. Their residences were monitored and their activities were watched. Huang Mianxiu's family members were threatened and intimidated, and had 3,000 Yuan extorted from them. Li Hui was forced to leave home. Policeman Zhou Yinchi and National Security Division personnel were monitoring her home, threatening and harassing her family members, and demanding the names and addresses of their relatives in order to track her down.

On April 20 at about 10 p.m., police from Yunmeng Tiexi Police Station abducted Dafa disciple Wu Haijin from his home. Now his home is under surveillance.
