Without Saying A Single Word, I Escaped From A Brainwashing Center With Righteous Thoughts

On the morning of February 20th 2001, I was abducted and sent to a brainwashing class set up by the 610 Office's Political and Judiciary Committee. [The "610 Office" is an agency specifically created to persecute Falun Gong, with absolute power over each level of administration in the Party and all other political and judiciary systems.] Facing this ordeal, I was not afraid. I was very clear about their intent and their goals. They had threatened before that I would be sent to the labor camp directly if I was not "transformed" by classes for two terms. I denied the old forces' arrangement, sent righteous thoughts silently and eliminated the evil. Actually the "transformed" practitioners here have the greatest destructive influence. I remembered that Master said,

"Under any difficult circumstance, everyone, remain calm in your hearts. Just by staying unaffected, you will be able to handle all situations. (Lecture on the Fa at the U.S. Midwest Conference, June 26, 1999, Chicago)

I thought I should not be there. I have so much to do to validate Dafa, and there are many practitioners outside who are concerned about me. Those thoughts strengthened my strong righteous thoughts and righteous actions.

I looked for an opportunity to leave in the beginning. A group of "transformed" practitioners ganged-up on me for three days. I felt they were not qualified to talk to me. During our "talk", they applied various tactics such as each taking turns to speak or all of them surrounding me and speaking incessantly for three days. I decided to not listen to nor argue with them. In the meantime, I went on a hunger strike to protest the 610 Office's unlawful actions. The evils were unable reach their goals in three days and started to loosen their hold on me.

About 8am, right after the person who was monitoring me left, I thought this was the chance that Master arranged for me and I should not let it go. I saw no one was outside the room or in the corridor. I rushed out the main gate and ran up the hill behind the complex. While I ran, I sent righteous thoughts. I looked back and saw nobody had discovered I had left because nobody chased after me. I ran and ran and did stop to rest until I was sure I was safe.

At the time, I looked up at the blue sky and across crystal-like glow across the snow as the sun rose. I went to the top of the hill, filled with emotion, and gave thanks for Master's watching over me. After a short rest, I continued on my journey. Because my throat felt sticky and dry, I ate a couple handfuls of snow and then walked to the village a couple of miles away. I rented a three wheeled vehicle and rode to the town. Since then, I have continued Fa-rectification work.
