[Zhangjiakou City, Hebei Province] The Police Sabotage a Site Where Falun Gong Truth-Clarifying Materials Are Kept

On the afternoon of May 17, 2003, a large number of police officers from the Qiaodong Division of the Police Department broke into a site where Falun Dafa truth-clarifying materials are kept. Four Falun Dafa practitioners were arrested, and two more were missing. A laser printer, a high-speed copying machine, a 4-disc duplicator, plus photocopying sheets and laser discs in a storage room were confiscated. The value of the items taken totaled 40,000 Yuan.

[Panjin City, Liaoning Province] Falun Dafa Practitioners Gu Yanhua and Guan Liping Are Unlawfully Held in the Liaohe Oil Fields Detention Center

At around 10:00 a.m. on May 19, 2003, Falun Dafa practitioners Ms. Gu Yanhua (about 50 years old) and Ms. Guan Liping (about 36 years old) were distributing materials containing facts about Falun Gong in the family quarters of the 'Exploration Wells' at the Liaohe Oil Fields. They were then abducted by officers from the family quarter police station and are currently being held in the Liaohe Oil Fields Detention Center. We ask fellow practitioners who have read this report send forth righteous thoughts to help them regain their freedom.

[Lanzhou City, Gansu Province] Xue Liuyan, an Undergraduate Student at Lanzhou University, and a Second Falun Dafa Practitioner Incarcerated in the Xiguuoyuan Detention Center

Mr. Bai Guixiang, 32 years old, lives in Lanzhou City, Gansu Province. On March 31, officers from a police station in the Qilihe area unlawfully arrested him while he was distributing materials containing facts about Falun Gong near the Shuangdongzi area by the West Lanzhou Railroad Station. Li Ximing, chief of the police station, led other officers to conduct a search of Mr. Bai's home the same afternoon, and sent him to the notorious Xiguoyuan Detention Center for further mistreatment after 10:00 p.m. on the same night.

Mr. Xue Liuyan, in his 20's, is an undergraduate student at Lanzhou University. Around the Chinese lunar New Year's Day in 2001, refusing to cooperate with university authorities who rounded up Falun Dafa practitioners during the holiday season, he left school and had no place to stay. In the summer of 2002, he was unlawfully arrested. He has been held ever since in the Lanzhou Xiguoyuan Detention Center where he has been treated inhumanely.

[Beijing] Falun Dafa Practitioner Shi Baoyu and Spouse Abducted

Recently, Falun Dafa practitioners Shi Baoyu and spouse from Haidian District, Beijing, were abducted from their home. This is the second time they were unlawfully arrested. We hope fellow practitioners who have read this report send forth righteous thoughts on their behalf.

In addition, another Falun Dafa practitioner Ms. Fu from Beijing has been sentenced to one and a half years in prison when police discovered Falun Gong books at her home. We hope practitioners will send forth righteous thoughts on her behalf.
