Partial List of Dafa Practitioners Illegally Detained in Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province

Feng Bo, female, 34 years old, high school graduate, lived on the 3rd floor, Unit 1 of No.105 Building in the Residential Area of Harbin University of Science and Technology, Dongli District of Harbin City. At midnight on November 7, 2002, one day before the 16th Party's Congress, Haping Street Police Station personnel kidnapped her from home. She is now detained in the Wanjia Labor Camp.

Liu Guozhi, female, 38 years old, high school graduate, lived in apartment 603, Unit 2 of No. 20 Building in the Hongqi New Residential Compound, Nangang District of Harbin City. On June 11, 2002, policeman Li Yanming from the Xinchun Police Station kidnapped her husband Duan Dewu in front of the work unit entrance when Duan was on his way to work. That night their home was searched. Liu Guozhi was forced to leave home to avoid further persecution.

Yin Shourong, female, 55 years old, lived in Ningxi No. 1 Team in Ningyuan Town, Bin County in Harbin City. She was arrested on April 11, 2002 and is now illegally detained at the Wanjia Labor Camp in Harbin City.

Zhang Yanhua, female, 37 years old, lived in Ningxi No. 1 Team in Ningyuan Town, Bin County, Harbin City. She was arrested on November 6, 2002 and is now illegally detained at the Wanjia Labor Camp in Harbin City.

Liu Zhi, female, 56 years old, lived in Aiguo Qujia Village, Ningyuan Town in Bin County, Harbin City. She was arrested on April 11, 2002 and is now illegally detained at the Wanjia Labor Camp in Harbin City.

Liu Guoying, female, 35 years old, lived in Liangzhong Shenjia Village, Ningyuan Town in Bin County, Harbin City. She was arrested on April 11, 2002 and is now illegally detained at the Wanjia Labor Camp in Harbin City.

Chen Zihui, male, 57 years old, lived in Liangzhong Wangyoufang Village, Ningyuan Town, Bin County, Harbin City. He was arrested on April 11, 2002 and is now illegally detained at the Changlinzi Labor Camp in Harbin City. His home phone number is 86-451-7937898.

Qu Xueying, female, 52 years old, lived at Ningxi No. 1 Team, Ningyuan Town in Bin County, Harbin City. She was arrested on April 11, 2002 and is now illegally detained at the Wanjia Labor Camp in Harbin City.

Lu Fengxia, female, 54 years old, lived in Hongshan No. 8 Team, Ningyuan Town in Bin County, Harbin City. She was arrested on December 8, 2002 and is now illegally detained at the Wanjia Labor Camp in Harbin City.

Wu Dandan, female, 22 years old, lived in Ningyuan Town, Bin County, Harbin City. She is a hairdresser. On April 24, 2002, the local police searched her home and asked her if she would continue to practice Falun Gong. She answered yes. Then the police took her away. Half a month later she was sent to the Wanjia Labor Camp, and is still illegally detained. Her home phone number is 86-451-7936325.

Yu Diancai, male, 39 years old, lived in Ningxi No.1 Team, Ningyuan Town, Bin County, Harbin City. On April 11, 2002 when he was working in his own field, persons from the local police department pushed him into a police van and sent him to the local police station where he was tortured. He staged a hunger strike to protest. Several days later he was illegally sent to the Changlinzi Labor Camp in Harbin City. This was a severe disruption to his family's happy life together, and also resulted in their experiencing a financial crisis. All his family members are Dafa practitioners. He is now detained at the Changlinzi Labor Camp in Harbin City.

Hu Yannan, female, 35 years old, holds a bachelor's degree, and lives in apartment 702, Unit 3 of Building No. 50-1 in the Hongqi New Residential Compound, Nangang District, Harbin City. Her work unit is Harbin City Turbine Factory. In May 2001, police from Nangang Police Department and the Xinchun Police Station, together with the security guard from the Turbine Factory, kidnapped her from her work unit and detained her in the Xinchun Police Station. Later she was forced to leave home to avoid further persecution. She was laid off from work. Now she can't return home and has difficulty making a living.
