(Clearwisdom.net) Charged with theft, I was arrested and brought to a police station. In fact I did not participate in the theft and I knew nothing about it. Once I was sent there I was seriously beaten. Finally, I got irritated and started fighting with the policemen. Then I was sentenced to one and a half years' labor education.

In the labor camp I was called to help "the Government" to force Falun Gong practitioners to give up their beliefs ["the Government" appears many times in this article. In the prisons in China, the supervisors order the prisoners to refer to them as "the Government." In fact many supervisors commit crimes in the name of "the Government"]. After being with the Falun Gong practitioners, I found out that they are all good people. They are all knowledgeable and talented and have made contributions to our country. The reason that they step out to clarify the truth about Falun Gong is to let people in the world know that Falun Dafa is not an organization, but a cultivation practice that is open to the public and teaches people to be good. Should people be arrested for being good? If everyone in China could be like Falun Gong practitioners, telling the truth, doing things based on honesty, being courageous enough to expose the evil, and being less selfish, how wonderful the society would be!

However, currently various kinds of bad people are persecuting Falun Gong practitioners. Practitioners are arrested, beaten, sent to labor camps, and sentenced to prison terms. They arrest Falun Gong practitioners and then fabricate lies that Falun Gong practitioners have given up their jobs, families, and parents... Please think about it, people -- if the practitioners are arrested and deprived of everything, are they able to work and take care of their families and their parents? Only those people who are persecuting the practitioners could say something like that.

I did not understand Falun Gong before, but after being with Falun Gong practitioners, I came to realize that they are not after fame, nor personal gain. They think of others in every aspect, and ask others to be good people and do good things too. To tell the truth from my heart, people usually get worse from being in places such as prisons or labor camps. However, through our contact with Falun Gong practitioners, we all now know that we should be good people; we will never do anything bad after we leave here. We will work with our hands and earn honest money with a clear conscience. We are willing to do it no matter how hard and difficult it might be. If there were not Falun Gong practitioners who told me the many principles of being a good person and the moral rules to discipline oneself, I would probably seek revenge on society and do bad things after I got out of the labor camp. Now following the advice from the practitioners, I will never do bad things, and I will never go back to a dirty and vicious place like the labor camp. To tell the truth from my heart, I owe my gratitude to the practitioners for becoming a good person. It is they who taught me to be a good person, not "the Government."

Yet, how does the government treat good people like this? I will talk a little about the treatment practitioners received in the labor camp. After being sent to the labor camp, practitioners are asked to confess their crimes and mistakes. What mistakes do they have? They are good at work. They are on good terms with their families... They are good at everything. The only thing they have done is to step out to clarify the truth, and become courageous enough to fight the viciousness. What I cannot bear the most is the fact that practitioners are shocked with electric rods, beaten with leather belts, hung up or tied up just for cultivating Dafa. As a result, some of the practitioners are beaten to death; some are injured; some died from force-feeding. However, the vicious policemen say at once that these people "harm and hurt themselves." They also induce the prisoners to give false evidence by promising to reduce or end their terms in the labor camp. The Falun Gong practitioners who have died in the labor camp are all tortured to death by the vicious police. I do not know how many good people have been tortured to death by them.

I believe that good people will be rewarded with good and bad people will end up with the worst retributions. The retribution will come at the right time. Will such inhuman things be allowed to continue? Where is Heaven's principle? Where is justice? My suggestion to those who are committing the evil actions and bad deeds is to stop. The earlier you stop, the better it is for you. To be a human being, one should gather De (virtue) and do good things. Those vicious people will be doomed to the end for committing many evil deeds. I hope that you, especially those prisoners who help "the Government" to force Falun Gong practitioners to give up cultivation, will stop treating Falun Gong practitioners like this. Do not listen to the one-sided propaganda, following Jiang Zemin to beat and curse at the practitioners. You will get retribution. You should learn the good things of the Falun Gong practitioners and their kind behavior. Wake up and stop treating the practitioners unfairly. They are not involved in politics at all. It is the government who drags them into it.
