(Clearwisdom.net) I am a male Falun Gong practitioner who was once held in the Wujiabaozi Labor Camp in Fushun City, Liaoning Province. Many of the staff members there know that I have been physically abused and beaten up. I have reported this to Director Xu many times, and told him that I wrote letters to the two directors early in January in order to let them know the details. But early in February, Director Huang said about three or four Dafa practitioners illegally being held there,: "Some Falun Gong practitioners have spread the rumor on the internet saying that we beat up them, throw them onto the ground, and hire thugs to torture them.... These people [Falun Gong practitioners] have been arrested." Director Huang, all of these are truthful facts, and I am one of the victims. You can check with Director Xu and other policemen there, and I can testify in person, at the Procurator's House or the Court. They are all true!
On February 11, 2001, I heard a voice asking for help in the male cells and then saw the person who was beaten being helped into the washroom. The view was too tragic to see.
I'm always firm and unyielding since I was sent there on November 2, 2000. On December 21, I was transferred from the male team to female team to be brainwashed. During the six days and one night in the female team, I was subject to all kinds of torture. I was forced to bend forward and "ride an airplane" (In this torture, the head is bent down until it cannot go down any further, while the hands are pulled up and held up to the highest point. The hips have to point up. One is forced to keep this position unchanged for a long time. The body in this position looks like the shape of an airplane, which is how this torture is named after.) Someone would then smack me on the head really hard. Whenever I failed to keep the position, a group of ruffians would beat me up. They lifted me up and threw me down, and then dragged my head so it collided with the wall. The two most severe cases are: Once my waist hit the ground first, another time my left ribs hit the ground, which caused me great pain for a quite while, and I couldn't turn my body over.
When I came to the female team, I reported to Director Xu how the male teams torture people, such as forcing practitioners to squat from 5am to 11pm. in order to get them to yield. During those days in the female team, I was beaten every day. My head was severely swollen; my face was black and blue; my eyes were too swollen to open, and the bruises were everywhere all over my body. Xu sent me back to the male team on December 26, and claimed that they wouldn't treat me like this again. But this January, the male team sent me to Team Four, where I was forced to "Ride an Airplane" again. I was asked to drop my head as low as possible and raise my hands as high as possible behind my back. Moreover, I had to keep my knees and hips straightened, and two feet stayed together. Sometimes they even squeezed and pressed my acupuncture points. My body was too weak to stand the torture and it was not more than one hour before I threw up black liquid first, then red, and later the food left in my stomach. When Director Xu had a talk with me, I told him about the beating and emphasized the fact that I was thrown down. Director Xu arranged for me to be checked in the Fashun Third Hospital.
Director Huang, you are a witness when I was beaten. I remember there was one night when I was beaten so hard that I collapsed and had to support myself against a table in the female cell. When you and another guy from the political and administrative committee came in, you paid no attention to my suffering and sat right by the table, talking and laughing with those female betrayers. You didn't do anything at all to stop the beating.
When I was beaten, the police on the female team were all present. When I couldn't stand, some other practitioners also called the police, but the police kicked me and forced me to "Ride Airplane." Sometimes they even twisted my wrists in order to get me to stand again. In one female cell, the female betrayers pushed and pulled me back and forth, and crashed my head towards the wall. All of these were witnessed by the police there.
Hiring roughnecks is also true. During those days when I was illegally held in the female cells, a woman came over to me and said: "Haven't your guys talked about forbearance? Try forbearing my slaps." Then she asked others to move away and waved her arms to slap me on the face. Finally she said that she couldn't do it anymore because she was tired and that she had to go home because her mother-in-law was sick and she couldn't come the next day. I can recognize she wasn't a staff member there. Chen Ming is not a staff member in labor camp either, but she ordered all the female inmates to beat me and swore to transform me. There are some guys who were released from Masanjia Labor Camp (a notorious labor camp in Liaoning Province) and came to join the rank of perpetrators here. One night, captain Wu spoke to a woman named Chen in Team Two who would be released soon, "We hope you can stay here to help transform practitioners and you can earn about 600-700 Yuan each month. Why don't you think about this offer and let us know your decision?" But it turned out that she wasn't released because she was asked to transform practitioners who came from her home county.
On February 11, the leader Jiang on the male team turned TV to the highest volume, but still couldn't cover the voices crying for help.
Physical punishments are quite common in Fushun Labor Camp. This conduct corrupts the image of our country and people.
The guilty can never escape Heaven's justice. Those who have committed bad deeds will be punished with deserved retribution.
