Wang Bo, a 39-year-old woman, is a leader of an institution in Mouping district. She was the Falun Gong contact person of that district. She was arrested on the way to Beijing to validate the Fa (law and universal principle) on December 20, 1999. She was sentenced to three-years of labor reeducation.

Ren Qingbai, a 33-year-old man, is an employee in Mouping Branch of the National Tax Bureau. He went to Beijing on October 7, 2000. After he returned on October 12, he was detained for fifteen days. During the detention, public security employees tortured him. After that he was sentenced to two years of labor reeducation.

Sun Yueling, a 37-year-old woman, is a secretary at the Mouping District Grain Bureau. She went to Beijing on October 7, 2000 by herself. As a result, she was sentenced to two years of labor reeducation.

Cao Ailing, a 35-year-old woman, is a laid off worker of the Mouping District Bait Company. Because she distributed two Falun Gong flyers in October 2000, she was detained for fifteen days. She was later sentenced to three years of labor reeducation.

Xu Guangxing, a 34-year-old man, is a villager of Xiguan, Ninghai Town, Mouping District. Because he distributed Falun Gong material he was sentenced to three years of labor reeducation.

Wang Junlan, a 47-year-old woman, is an employee of the Mouping Electric Appliance Company. In October 1999 she was detained for fifteen days because she went to Beijing to appeal .In January 2000 she went to Beijing again. After being detained for fifteen days she was sent to Mouping Party School and jailed for four and a half months. She went to Beijing to appeal again and was held in criminal detention for thirty days. On October 26, 2000, after they arrested her in Jinan, Mouping police tortured her and sentenced her to three years of labor reeducation.

Cong Yu-e, a 53-year-old woman, is from Shuangshantun, Gaoling Town, Mouping District. In October 2000 she was taken back to Gaoling Town Public Substation because of going to Beijing to protect the Fa. She was not allowed to eat or drink. She was tortured and beaten to death. The government publicly claimed: "This person died of a heart attack." However, the government promised to pay her family members 1500 yuan yearly in order to comfort them.

Hao Li is a woman from Shuidao Town, Mouping District. In October 2000 she went to Beijing to validate Dafa (great law and universal principle). After she was detained as a criminal for thirty days she was detained for an additional fifteen days. The police tortured her cruelly during the detention.

Hong Dongfeng, a 49-year-old woman, is a laid off worker of the Mouping District Leather Shoes Company. She went to Beijing to appeal in October 1999. Then she was detained for fifteen days. In November 1999 she was arrested when she participated in an experience sharing in Wendeng City. She was held in criminal detention for thirty days in her hometown. In February 2000 the Mouping government sent her to the Mouping Party School and jailed her for four and a half months. She went to Beijing to appeal again after being released and was held in criminal detention for thirty days. Between September and November this year she was jailed in Mouping Party School twice.

Wang Zhongping, a 30-year-old man, is a villager of Jiangzhuang, Liujiachuan Town, Mouping District. He was detained for fifteen days because he went to Beijing to appeal in December 1999. In March 2000 he was jailed in Mouping Party School by the government for four and a half months.. After leaving he appealed and was held in criminal detention for thirty days. In October 2000 he went to Beijing again and was held in criminal detention for thirty days. He was beaten and abused many times during detention.

Liu Guomin, a 37-year-old man, is a secretary of the Mouping District Forestry Bureau. In January 2000 he went to Beijing and sent an appealing letter to the Public Department. After being detained for fifteen days, he was transferred to Party School and detained there for four and a half months. After being released he went to Beijing to protect Fa and was captured in Binzhou and held in criminal detention for thirty days. From September 28, 2000 to October 13, 2000 he was jailed in the Party School. After being released he went to Beijing again. After being taken back he was beaten cruelly for three days and nights.

Wang Qiang, a 30-year-old man, is a primary teacher at Liujiachuan Town, Mouping.

Sun Dasong, a 38-year-old man, is a farmer of Yulindian Town, Mouping.

Wang Qiang and Sun Dasong were detained for fifteen days because they went to Beijing to validate Dafa. They were then transferred to Party School and detained there for four and a half months. After leaving they went to Beijing and were captured in Binzhou and were held in criminal detention for thirty days. Wang Qiang was detained again from September 28 to October 13.

Wang Ying, a 37-year-old woman, is an accountant in the Mouping District Instrument Plant. She was captured at Weihai Station when she went to Beijing in November 1999. She was detained for fifteen days. In December of the same year she was detained for eighteen days. In February 2000 she was detained in the Party School for four and a half months. After leaving the Party School she went to Beijing and was captured in Binzhou and held in criminal detention for thirty days. She was jailed twice between September and November in year 2000.

Tan Xifu, a 52-year-old woman, is a villager in Guijiadai, Ninghai Town, Mouping District. She was detained for fifteen days because she went to Beijing to appeal in December 1999. Subsequently she was transferred to the Party School and jailed for four and a half months. After being released she went to Beijing and was captured in Binzhou and held in criminal detention for thirty days. Between September and November the police climbed over a wall, entered her home and arrested her. She was detained in the Party School.

Yu Jianping, a 39-year-old woman, is from Dongjia village, Ninghai Town, Mouping District. She was detained for fifteen days after being captured at Weihai Station because she went to Beijing to appeal in November 1999. Since Dafa promotion material was in her possession, she was held in criminal detention for thirty days. Police in her hometown broke into her home and took her by force to the Party School in 2000. She was detained for more than ten days.

Yang Shuling, a 62-year-old woman, is a medical worker in the Mouping Fourth Chinese Medicine Hospital. In October 1999 she went to Beijing and was detained for fifteen days. In March 2000 she was jailed illegally in the Party School for more than two months. From September 29 to October 8 she was jailed in the Party School. Because she fasted she was transferred to a detention center. On October 25 she was put in jail in Party School again for more than ten days.

Also, Qu Yuping, Zou Jiling, Zou Jifang, Zou Lisha, Qu Xiuli, and Zhao Wenkai were held in criminal detention and were deprived Dafa disciples' freedom of speech. During the interrogation and detention, the police tortured many practitioners brutally in order to get confessions, but our practitioners did not fight back when beaten or sworn at and they upheld practitioners' criteria of behavior.
