Mrs. Yi Shuhui, seventy-three years old, lived in Bajia Village, Longquan Town, Mouping County, Yantai City, Shandong Province. She started practicing Falun Gong in January 1997, and benefited both mentally and physically. All her previous diseases quickly disappeared, and she was very happy.

After Jiang and the CCP illegally started persecuting Falun Gong, her three daughters peacefully appealed and spoke justly for Falun Dafa in Beijing. As a result, they were arrested. The wicked police repeatedly searched their houses without a warrant, confiscated their belongings, extorted money from them in fines and detained them. Under the suppression and persecution by the evil CCP, Mrs. Yi was frightened and anxious all day long, and her daughters had no place to turn for justice. Due to the persecution, Mrs. Yi suffered both physically and mentally and became ill, and she passed away in August 2003.
