Case Description:
On the afternoon of June 28, 2005, at around 3:00 p.m., the Political Security Office head Guan Wei (male) and another policeman arrested Ms. Jin while she was walking in her apartment hallway on her way home. It is estimated that Ms. Jin was tortured to death sometime between 9:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. on June 29, 2005, while in police custody.
