Case Description:
Mr. Yan Li was a Falun Dafa practitioner from Jinzhou City, Liaoning Province. He was arrested by the Police Department of Hongshan District, Chifeng City, Neimenggu Province. His condition became critical due to the torture he was subjected to in Hongshan District Detention Center. On December 5, his family was ordered to pick him up. However, he was not released on that day. Mr. Yan Li died of torture on December 7 in the detention center.
