Case Description:
Falun Gong practitioner Mr. Zhang Qingjun was subjected to one year of forced labor at the Yinmahe Forced Labor Camp in Jiutai as of October 22, 2010. Eight days later, Mr. Zhang's family received a phone call from the labor camp, the morning of October 30, informing them that Mr. Zhang had died from a heart attack.
