Case Description:
Practitioner Zang Dianlong was arrested when he went to Beijing to appeal in December 2000. He escaped from the Shuangcheng Office in Beijing and had to live on the street to avoid persecution. On December 2, 2001, the Shuangcheng 610 Office and Zhanbei Police Station held a meeting and decided, "When Zang is found, the police can open fire if they can't catch him. It is OK if he is killed." The next day the police and other officials started a manhunt for him. On July 8, 2002, he was surrounded in an apartment by the police officers from Haerbin City and Shuangcheng City. The offices finally broke in from the window. He was coereced and fell down from the sixth floor. He died on the spot. Related articles:
