Case Description:
In April 2004, the Acheng City 610 Office illegally sentenced Dafa practitioner Bian Fusheng to four years of imprisonment. Mr. Bian was released after two years, on bail for medical treatment, after being extorted out of several tens of thousand yuan by the prison authorities. Bian Fusheng died on June 15, 2006.
