Falun Gong practitioner Mr. Zhang Hui, 30, from Antu County, Jilin Province died as a result of brutal torture he suffered at Gongzhuling Prison in Jilin Province.

When the doctor tried to perform surgery on Zhang Hui in April 2009, he saw that Zhang Hui's stomach was black, which did not allow for surgery. Zhang Hui later passed away in the hospital.
