Case Description:

Pei Ouhua, female, 61, lived at Zhongshan South Ave, Hengyang City, Hunan Province.
In November 1999, Pei Ouhua went to Beijing to appeal on behalf of Falun Gong. She was taken back and detained at Baishazhou Drug-rehabilitation Center in Hengyang City. She went on a hunger strike. Four days later, she became weak and was vomiting.  She was taken to hospital by her relatives and died on the third day.
