Ms. Chi Yulian, 44 years old, lived in Wang Village, Linshu Town, Gangjingzi District. She was kidnapped by Linshui policemn Ji Changjun and Zhoushui policeman Cao Chaojin on May 29, 2001. She was tortured to death in Yaojia Detention Center on June 5, 2001.
