Case Description:
A 35 year old, male practitioner, Wang Rencheng, was a resident of Dazhi Street in Dazhi Town, Qinzhou City, Guangxi Chuang Municipality Autonomous Region. On December 5, 2000, he was illegally detained in the Qinzhou No.2 Detention Center by the Qinbei District Police Department after he distributed Dafa truth-clarifying flyers. He was in good health before his detention, however, on June 26, 2001 the police said that he had "died of illness".
