Case Description:
Bai Shihua, female, was born in 1971, and she was the former employee of Steel and Iron Factory of Laiwu City Steel and Iron Corporation in Shandong Province. She lived in Laiwu City Steel and Iron Corp. dormitory in Wanliuyuan Residential Area. Because she persisted in cultivating Falun Dafa, she had been illegally detained for brainwashing many times; she was detained in Shandong Province No. 2 Female Forced Labor Camp and Wangcun Female Forced Labor Camp, where she was tortured until she had a nervous breakdown. Later, she was detained and forcefully brainwashed by the Laiwu City Steel and Iron Corp. Police Department. In the beginning of March 2003, she was tortured to death.
