Ms. Deng Shiying, a 42 year-old Falun Gong practitioner from Jilin Province, was a resident of Longtan District.
She was brutally persecuted for more than 10 months in the Women's Prison of Jilin Province. On July 18, 2003, her family members took her back home when she was in a coma. At 1:00 p.m. on the next day, she passed away.
