Falun Dafa practitioner Mr. Li Hai from Shandong Province suffered severe persecution by the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) before his death. Due to a prolonged period of unjustified harassment, threats, extortion, and torture, Mr. Li Hai died on January 24, 2003 at his home at the age of 67.
