Mr. Pan Qichu was a 45-year-old Falun Gong practitioner from Yichun City, Jiangxi Province. He was a very strong man in good health. Around May 20, 2003, police from the Political and Security Division of Yuanzhou Branch of Yichun City Police Department arrested him. He was put into a detention center. On June 2, 2003, he was persecuted to death.
