Ms. Chen Yinfang was 46 years old and lived on Luohan Street in the Jiangwan area, Huangpo District, Wuhan City. Soon after she began practicing Falun Dafa, her health improved and she began to recover from the advanced stage uterine cancer she had previously suffered. She could eat and sleep normally, and she could even manage difficult farm work. Many people witnessed the miracles that Ms. Chen experienced from practicing Falun Dafa, and they came one after another, to learn and practice Falun Dafa. The number of Falun Gong practitioners using the practice site at her home increased to over 40 people. After Jiang's regime launched the persecution of Falun Gong on July 20, 1999, more than 10 policemen from the Huangpi District Police Station and Luohan Street Police Sub-station broke into her home and illegally detained her at the sub-station. There they threatened and intimidated her unmercifully. Ms. Chen suffered overwhelming mental stress, and her disease relapsed. She passed away on November 30, 2000.
