Case Description:
Ms. Li Yulan, 60 years old, was a resident of Su Township in Qian'an County, Jilin Province. She had been detained in a forced labor camps twice. During the detainments she was severely tortured both mentally and physically. Upon release she was forced to leave home and go from place to place to avoid further persecution. She passed away on June 18, 2007.
