Mr. Zhou Shifu, 80 lived in Gaoqiang Village, Gong'an County, Hubei Province. His daughter and son-in-law were illegally arrested several times for practicing Falun Gong. The daughter was sent to a forced labor camp. Due to frequent harassment and persecution by the police, Mr. Zhou passed away in October 2001.
