Case Description:
Ms. Shi Xiuying, 51 years old, was employed at a Coal Machinery Factory in Zhangjiakou City. She started practicing Falun Dafa in 1994. On and after April 25, 1999, she stepped forward many times to validate the Fa. Therefore, staff from the Beixin Village Police Station in Zhangjiakou City arrested, interrogated her through torture and detained her many times. As a result, she suffered immense pressure, physical trauma and deep mental anguish. In July 2003, she passed away.
