Case Description:
Mr. Liang Qiyuan, 93 years old, was a Dafa practitioner from Luojiaxin Village, Huashan Town, Qingdao City, Shandong Province. After the persecution started on July 20, 1999, his children's homes were ransacked many times. They were fined, arrested, and monitored continuously. In 2001, his two daughters were sentenced to 4 years in prison, and his two grandsons received a three-year forced labor sentence. On July 14, 2002, he passed away as a result of the mental pressure and torture.
