Case Description:
Practitioner Ms. Jin Chunxian, 60, was a retired accountant from an electrical factory in Dongning County, Heilongjiang Province. She had been subjected to inhumane torture in Qiqihar Forced Labor Camp. She was arrested again in September 2005 and sentenced to eight years of imprisonment without proper legal proceedings. On July 31, 2007, she passed away.
