Case Description:
Mr. Wu Liangyou was a Falun Dafa practitioner from Maoxing Town, Zhaoyuan County, Heilongjiang Province. In November, 2000, he went to clarify the truth about Falun Dafa to the Maoxing Town government. As a result, he was illegally detained and suffered both physically and mentally. This caused his old illnesses to recur and he died on August 6, 2003.
