  • The Crimes in Lannigou Brainwashing Center,  Guozhou Province

Lannigou Brainwashing Center (called Guizhou Province Legal Education Training Center) is located in Lannigou, Jinzhu Town, Guiyang City, Guizhou Province, close to Guizhou Province Detention Center. Because both facilities are actively involved in the CCP's persecution of Falun Gong, neither one dares to hang a nameplate on the outside gate.

Since July 20, 1999, encouraged by the CCP, the Guizhou Province Lannigou Brainwashing Center has held several dozen sessions, which have lasted longer than any other in the province.

This center is under the jurisdiction of the Guizhou Province 610 Office, the Procuratorate, the police, and the National Security Department. Several parties are helping the center, including the Xiaohe Neighborhood Administration, the Hebin Park Union, the Touqiao Neighborhood Administration, the Ganyintang Second Automobile Factory, etc. These units have sent personnel to closely monitor Falun Gong practitioners: there are three monitors for each practitioner. Of the three monitors, two watch the practitioners 24 hours a day, and the third one is in charge of the brainwashing materials. The CCP officials use all sorts of inhuman means to reach their brainwashing goals. They have even deceived practitioners into taking drugs that damage the nerves.

Four university graduates are the main "brainwashers." They themselves were first brainwashed under "concentrated training" and then tempted by money (more than one thousand yuan in salaries, plus other bonuses). These university graduates do many despicable things without any feelings of remorse.

In each cell, there are three beds, a monitoring system, and the doors all have a backward peephole so that everything in the room can be seen from the outside.

Some of the participants in the persecution activities in Lannigou Brainwashing Center are: Lin Qing (male, CCP Secretary), Tang (first name unknown, CCP Secretary), Li (first name unknown, the 610 Office Chairman), Lai Xiaobi (female, 59, Hebin Park Union worker), Yang Yuping (female, in her 50s, Touqiao Neighborhood), Huang Xiaoping (female, Ganyintang Factory), Du (first name unknown, female, Xiaohe Neighborhood), Qian Hongying (female, in her 40s), Mei (first name unknown, in her 40s), Zuo (female, in her 40s), Yin (female, 48), and Sun Quan (male, university graduate).

Hebei Province: Plainclothes Police Break into Ms. Cui Fengluan's Home and Take Her Husband Away

Note: The following is a shortened version of a longer and more detailed article that appeared on the minghui.ca website (Chinese version of http://minghui.ca/mh/articles/2006/10/19/140569.html).

At around 6:00 p.m. on October 11, 2006, four plainclothes policemen broke into the home of Falun Gong practitioner Cui Fengluan in Gaobeidian City, Hebei Province. They did not identify themselves and rummaged through the rooms like criminals. Li Zengxiang, Cui Fengluan's husband, who is not a practitioner, thought they were robbers and tried to stop them. But two of them beat Li Zengxiang and then pushed him into a waiting vehicle. When asked by several people, they just said they were police from the Fuqiang Road Police Station in Baigou Town, Gaobeidian City, Hebei Province. They said they wanted to search for Falun Gong materials. However, they did not show any identification and just broke into a resident's house and conducted an illegal search. They also beat the residents.

The crowd of onlookers was very indignant. Cui Fengluan escaped when they were not looking. To this day, she cannot return to her home. Li Zengxiang was detained until midnight. He was beaten by the police and was only released after his family sent 2000 yuan to Zheng Jiantao, the instructor of the police station.

Sichuan Province CCP Authorities Persecute 62-year-old Mr. Zhu Yajun

Note: The following is a shortened version of a longer and more detailed article that appeared on the minghui.ca website (Chinese version of Clearwisdom.net).

Falun Gong practitioner Mr. Zhu Yajun from Chongzhou City, Sichuan Province is 62 years old and is registered in Dabao Town, Pengzhou, Sichuan, and lived in 112 Zhengdong Street, Chongzhou City. Over the past seven years, Mr. Zhu's family was constantly harassed and monitored by Chongzhou municipal government officials of the CCP (Chinese Communist Party). The huge mental pressure Mr. Zhu suffered harmed his health. Mr. Zhu and his wife were also refused retirement pension. The director of the residents' committee, Hu Yuqing and others told Mr. Zhu that only when he signed a guarantee statement would they give him the basic living expenses. Mr. Zhu firmly refused.

In April 2004, Hu Yuqing and others from Zhengdong Street resident committee seized Mr. Zhu and took him to the town hall. Several dozen people from Politics Committee, Police Station and Resident Committee surrounded him and tried to force him to sign the guarantee statement, took pictures and listed Mr. Zhu on the "blacklist." The local police forced Mr. Zhu to report to them every day and sign his name each time in order to prevent him from going to Beijing to appeal.

At 12 a.m. on January 23, 2001 (Chinese New Year Eve), seven people from the police station broke into Mr. Zhu's home and took Mr. Zhu to Chengdong Police Station and forced him to sign his name. They forced Mr. Zhu's daughter to represent him and sign a "guarantee statement" on his behalf, and only then did they release him.

At the end of September 2002, when Mr. Zhu distributed the truth-clarification materials in the countryside, he was reported to the authorities. Two policemen from Chengdong Police Station arrested and searched Mr. Zhu. He was imprisoned for 15 days and was illegally fined 100 yuan.

In September 2004, when Mr. Zhu clarified the truth at a food market, the plainclothes officers from Chengxi Police Station seized Mr. Zhu and detained him for seven days.

In August 2005, when Mr. Zhu and a fellow practitioner went to the countryside to teach the Falun Gong exercises, five policemen from Chengxi Police Station arrested Mr. Zhu and interrogated him for more than two hours. Mr. Zhu refused to cooperate and after three hours, they finally released him.
