(Clearwisdom.net) Falun Gong practitioner Ms. Yang Yucui was arrested on May 13, 2009 and taken to Banqiao Women's Forced Labor Camp in Tianjin.

Ms. Yang lives in the Bohaishiyou residential village, in the Tanggu District of Tianjin City. While she and another practitioner, Ms. Li Weizhen, "clarified the truth about Falun Gong on April 2, 2009, to a person they met in the street, someone reported them, and they were arrested by the police.

While in a detention center, Ms. Yang and Ms. Li held a hunger strike to protest their persecution. A guard grabbed Ms. Li's hair and slapped her, making her ears ring. Female guard Xu Yuping kicked Ms. Yang, bruising her legs.

In addition, agents from the Tangguxincun Police Station twice took Ms. Yang to the Tanggu hospital, attempting to force-feed her, but Ms. Yang resisted. The police beat her, bloodying her mouth. The police refused to inform Ms. Yang's family about the force-feeding. Both times Ms. Yang was almost suffocated and experienced great pain.

On April 17, the police sent Ms. Yang and Ms. Li to the Banqiao Women's Forced Labor Camp, but they failed their medical exams because of being afflicted with hepatitis and were released.

On May 13, six police officers including four from the Tanggu Police Department's Domestic Security Division, along with Jin Qinman and Zhang Ling from the Donggu Police Station went to Ms. Yang's home. They planned to take her to the police station. Ms. Yang refused and locked herself in the kitchen. Four Domestic Security Division agents forcibly carried her to a police vehicle, without even allowing her to put on her shoes. They took Ms. Yang to the Banqiao Women's Forced Labor Camp again that same day.

Prior to beginning the Falun Gong practice, Ms. Yang had many diseases including severe migraines, but all of her symptoms disappeared after she began cultivation. She once again enjoyed being a healthy person.

After the onset the persecution on July 20, 1999, Ms. Yang clarified the facts about the persecution at her workplace and went to Beijing to appeal for Falun Gong. For this, her employer suspended her salary as punishment. She was later imprisoned for five years for practicing Falun Gong, during which time her husband divorced her, due to social pressure.

Hurt mentally and physically by the persecution, but strong in heart with faith in Falun Gong, Ms. Yang survived. She believed that, "Falun Dafa is Good. Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is good. There is nothing wrong with being a good person."

Following her release she discovered that her employer had terminated her job. She led a difficult life with her mother, who is in her seventies, and a daughter in her twenties.

In 2007, while distributing Falun Gong truth-clarification materials, police officer Jin Qinman from the Shiyouxincun Police Station arrested Ms. Yang. While held at the Tanggu Detention Center she went on a protest hunger strike and became physically weak. When the authorities sent her to the Banqiao Forced Labor Camp the camp officials refused to accept her. She was put on medical parole.

Ms. Yang has now been arrested again, and she is very thin and weak. The constant persecution has brought her family great pain. A few days after her arrest, her mother suddenly went into a coma in the middle of the night, and was sent to a hospital for emergent treatment.

In China, people are constantly persecuted and harmed simply for of their spiritual beliefs due to the Communist Party's evil nature and its neglect for people's well-being.

I sincerely advise those who have participated in the persecution to no longer aid the evil, because there is a heavenly principle, "good is rewarded and evil is punished by heaven," and persecuting good people is a crime. I am hereby calling for Ms. Yang Yucui's unconditional release, giving the culprits a chance to make up for their wrongdoing.

I wholeheartedly wish that all the good people in the world will reach out a helping hand, pay close attention to Ms. Yang Yucui's situation as well as that of Falun Gong.
