We appeal to Your Honour and the New Zealand government's help. Please help stop the organ-harvesting atrocity in China.

New Zealand is not a big country, however integrity and encouragement are not limited to big countries. The voice of integrity has the same power and will be
heard around the world. The voice of integrity is what the Chinese communist regime fears most.

We understand the dilemma for the leader of a country. We know the importance of business relationships between countries. However the Chinese Communist Party is cheating the world by making use of its huge market and hard-working Chinese people. The income earned from foreign countries is used to energize its killing machine and to cover up its atrocities.

We know many western countries have private human rights talk with the Chinese communist regime when they have business talks. Reality shows this policy does not work at all. The western countries are all cheated by the Chinese Communist regime, the most vicious party in the world. The Chinese Communist Party ignores any private human rights talks that carry no international pressure.

The relationship with China should not be the relationship with the Chinese communist regime. The governance under the Chinese communist regime is the darkest period in Chinese history. When history passes through this darkest period, the Chinese people will appreciate those countries that give them real help. Large numbers of Chinese people have read the Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party and subsequently many Chinese people have withdrawn from the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) and its associated organizations. Every day there are about 20,000 - 30,000 Chinese people declaring their withdrawal from the CCP, with more than 12,500,000 Chinese people already withdrawn. The Chinese communist regime is collapsing. In fact, all Chinese people know how the wicked CCP is, and how those Party leaders that are manipulated by the evil think. But people who live in the Western world and have a normal mindset aren't aware of those

things, the Western world have no idea what the evil Party's culture is all about. That's why if one day the evil Party suddenly disappears from China or falls, other governments will be clueless about how it happened, it is not only regret for something.

If the Western world don't know what the evil CCP is about, how it looks at issues, how it thinks, and how it lies, all the intelligence gathered will be wrong.

The persecution of Falun Gong practitioners by the Chinese communist regime is a crime against humanity. It is a heinous crime. It is a challenge to the whole world.

During the Second World War, the whole world had the responsibility to end the Holocaust. Now the world has the responsibility to investigate and end the persecution of Falun Gong practitioners. Immediate action had been delayed for two years when the whole world was waiting for the evidence of Holocaust. Many Jewish people died as a result of the waiting. The lesson we learned from the suffering of Jews should not be the same lesson we will learn from the suffering of Falun Gong practitioners. We urge the International Community to investigate this incident proactively, to stop the atrocity and to save those Falun Gong practitioners whose lives are in great danger.

The New Zealand government has a reputation of protecting integrity and human rights. We hold great gratitude toward the New Zealand government's help.

On April 4, 2006, the Falun Dafa Association and Minghui website (Chinese version of Clearwisdom.net) founded "The Coalition To Investigate the Persecution of Falun Gong in China". We hope the New Zealand government to support the Coalition to Investigate the Persecution of Falun Gong, and:

1)Implement a moratorium on Chinese doctors coming to New Ze
aland to study transplant methods;

2)Deter New Zealanders from going to China for transplant operations;

3)Provide assistance with safe travel within China.

We sincerely hope the New Zealand government will take a role to end the crimes against humanity of the Chinese communist regime, uphold justice.
