Mr. Gui Xunhua from Group one, Xinhe Village, Xiaochi Township, Huangmei County, Hubei Province, was born on September 29, 1964. He started to practice Falun Gong in 1997. On July 20, 1999 he went to Beijing to appeal for Falun Gong. He went to Beijing again to appeal in October 1999 and was held in Huangmei County for one month after that. In June 2000 he went to Beijing for the third time. After his return he was held in Huangmei County's Police Department for three months. On March 1, 2002, personnel from the Lushan District Police Department in Jiujiang City collaborated with Xiaochi Town' Police Station of Huangmei County. In the early morning of June 1, 2002, he was murdered in the Lushan District Police Department, Jiujiang City, Jiangxi Province.

Gui Xunhua has three children; the oldest daughter is 16 and is in a technical secondary school; his second oldest daughter is 12 years old and is in the first grade of junior high school; the third child, a son, is 11 years old. His wife is taking care of the three children by herself.

On November 1, 2004, the People's Court in Yanbian County, Sichuan Province opened a session again against eight Falun Gong practitioners from Panzhihua City. In the court, under pressure from the "610 Office," the chief judge sentenced the eight practitioners to prison terms without criminal evidence at all but the slanderous information provided by personnel from Panzhihua City's "610 Office."

The practitioners have lodged an appeal to Panzhihua City's Intermediate People's Court.

Ms. Liu Guiqin persisted in practicing Falun Dafa, and she was arrested on April 22, 2004 by the local police authorities, who took her from her home in the Huairou District, Beijing and later sentenced her to four years of imprisonment. She is now being held in Huairou District's Detention Center.

Ms. Liu Guizhen, Ms. Song Yanhong and Ms. Liu Shihui from Chaoyang City, Liaoning Province were arrested. Song Yanhong and Liu Shihui were arrested from home, while Liu Guizhen (69 years old) was arrested when clarifying the truth about Falun Gong to people outside her home.

During the morning of November 10, 2004, Ms. Lin Yuping went to Rudong Town in Yangjiang City to distribute Falun Gong truth-clarifying materials and was arrested by personnel from Rudong Town's Police Station. That same afternoon, personnel from Rudong Town's Police Station and the Mata Police Station ransacked Lin Ping's home and confiscated all of the Dafa books and truth-clarifying materials.

On November 8, 2004, Ms. Zhu Xiudi, around 70 years old, was arrested by personnel from Pingjiang Road's Police Station, Suzhou City. She has not been released to date. When the weather suddenly turned cold, her family wanted to send some clothes but could not find the way. People at every place they went to said that Zhu Xiudi was not held there. Before that, another older woman living in the Donggang District was arrested and her situation is also unknown.

Since Ms. Li Li from the Tianhe District, Guangzhou City was arrested, personnel from Tianhe District's "610 Office" have been forcing her to tell them information about another practitioner because they saw on a surveillance tape that Li Li and another Falun Gong practitioner tore up Dafa-slandering posters. She refused. She was then hung up and beaten for two days and nights. Li Li went on a hunger strike to protest, and now her health is very bad. A check-up revealed that she has many symptoms: heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes and others. But the warden of the Tainhe District Detention Center lied to Li Li's daughter, "They treat Li Li very well and she caused her own health problems and it has nothing to do with them." He even told her daughter to pay for the medical costs.

Personnel from Tianhe District's "610 Office" have attempted to find out from Li Li detailed information about all the practitioners who attended the court session and had sent righteous thoughts in the North TianheDistrict Court on Longkou Road West during sentencing procedures for practitioner Li Yongjun at the end of August. We have heard the police might have the scene recorded on video, and are looking for those practitioners.

After Li Li was held in Tianhe District's Detention Center for half a month, she was secretly transfered to the Chaitou Brainwashing Class.

Mr. Liu Qingmiao, around 30 years old, is from Hubei Province. He works for the Fuling Pharmaceutical Factory, the Taiji Group. In late May 2004 police from Fuling City arrested him and sent him to the Xishanping Forced Labor Camp in Chongqing .

On October 29, 2004, personnel from North Street Police Precinct, the Xixiu District, Anshun City arrested 50-year-old Ms. Li Shujun from Anshun City's Hong Machinery Factory while she was distributing Falun Gong truth-clarifying cards. Her home was ransacked afterwards. Currently she is being held at Anshun City's Detention Center.

The No.1 Forced Labor Camp and Women's Prison are on Xin'an Road in Nanning City, Guangxi Province. Some Falun Gong practitioners are held there.

In September 2004, personnel from the Education Section of the forced labor camp beat a Falun Gong practitioner to death. Because they strictly blocked this information, the practitioner's name, hometown and other information are unknown.

Mr. Gao Xiaogui, 31 years old, from Hubei Province, has been sentenced to three years of forced labor, from September 2001 to September 2004. Because he refused to give up cultivation, he hasn't been released after his term had expired. His term has been extended by six more months.

In the women's prison, between July and October 2004, the prison police tortured Falun Gong practitioners viciously. They shocked practitioners with electric batons and beat and kicked them. Some practitioners have been tortured so badly that they are at their last gasps of breath. Even now they are still lying on the concrete floor and can't move.

Mr. Wei Changxin was arrested in Shuangcheng City on August 20, 2004. He has been sentenced to two and a half years at the Changlinzi Forced Labor Camp in Harbin City.

At the end of September 2004, Ms. Feng Mei was captured from home. Personnel from Qingyang District's "610 Office," the Huangwa Street Police Precinct, the Huangwa Street Administrative Committee and Integrated Office are the perpetrators. She was sent to the Xinjin Brainwashing Class.

Feng Mei lives on Ye Street. Her practitioner husband Li Xiaobo was arrested in March 2004. Currently, he is being held at Pi County's Detention Center even though his detention term expired half a year ago.

At about 8:00 on September 2, officers from Jiacun Village's Police Precinct led several people to ransack Falun Gong practitioners' houses in Xijia Village. They also searched the house of a non-practitioner, Li Shunzeng. They found several copies of truth-clarifying materials and arrested Li Xiaoqin, Li Shunzeng's wife, and took her to the police precinct. They later sent her to the Wangdu Detention Center.

In the Qingyuan Brainwashing Class, the guards frequently and cruelly beat practitioners. After the "crabstick" was broken from being used in the beatings, they slapped the practitioners in the face and beat them with wire or a broom. They also locked practitioners up in the toilet for four or five hours.

Ms. Fan Changhua is a teacher of the Affiliated Kindergarten, Machinery Factory, No. 5 Company, Gezhou Dam in Yichang City, Hubei Province. In September 2003 she was forcibly arrested from her work unit by Zhou Xiangdong, leader of the National Security Team, people from the Yiling District Police Department, Gezhou Dam and another person with the last name He. They sent her to Yichang City's No.1 Detention Center. Later she was sentenced to two years of forced labor and incarcerated at the No. 9 Team in the Qilihu Female Forced Labor Camp in Shayang County.

Her term has currently expired, but the forced labor camp refused to release her because she wrote a declaration of "firmly persisting in Falun Gong cultivation." We have heard that teacher Fan's health is not good.
