Thoughts on the Latest Atrocities at Wanjia Labor Camp

After reading about the recent atrocities at Wanjia Labor Camp, I felt heart-broken. The Jiang regime's wickedness in trying to persecute innocent Dafa practitioners to death using every means at their disposal is truly boundless. The atrocity that took place last June, which shook the hearts of people across the world, was an extremely serious criminal case. Even though in the end, most of the practitioners did not die, it does not change the fundamental brutality of this case.

UK Parliament holds seminar to discuss the persecution of Falun Gong practitioners in China

UK Member of Parliament, Dr Stephen Ladyman, chaired a session organized by the European Friends of Falun Gong at the Houses of Parliament in the UK on the afternoon of February 27, 2002. The theme of the seminar is "China's Human Rights Violation: How Europe Should Help Stop the Brutal Persecution of Falun Gong Practitioners."

The fact that we are all gathered here today will no doubt be carefully noted by the Chinese Communist Government, and it is right that it should be. It shows that the actions against the Falun Gong excite condemnation in influential circles outside China and, together with innumerable meetings and demonstrations in most of the rest of the world, endanger the foreign contracts which the Chinese government want to foster for the sake of China's further progress.

From January 2001 to January 2002 we have held over 30 Study and Practice Camps in every single city and county in Taiwan. About 3,000 to 4,000 schoolteachers have benefited from the seminars.
