As governments and human rights organizations are increasingly acknowledging the CCP’s persecution of Falun Gong, elected officials are pointing out that it has been largely ignored.
Acknowledging that practitioners are persecuted both at home and abroad, the Minister wrote, “The UK Government is committed to promoting and protecting the right to freedom of religion or belief, and to defending this fundamental right internationally."
Practitioners set up a booth at the expo to showcase the beauty of Falun Dafa in contrast to the brutal persecution by the Chinese Communist Party. Many visitors expressed a sincere admiration for the practitioners’ unwavering faith.
